Pathetic service

The dress was OK, however I faced issue with the fitting. I have experienced worst customer service from Lagorri. I have return the order , order number 7922. I have made several calls regarding my return but no one shares any details . I need the store folks call me tomorrow else, i will file complaints with the appropriate consumer agencies and consider my legal alternatives. I need my money refunded ASAP.
