We are an independent business founded by 22 years old Jatin Dugar and young professionals from diverse backgrounds. Lagorii has its office in Jayanagar, Bangalore  with fully functional in-house teams managing sourcing, online merchandising, inventory management, customer support, content, branding and photography. 1. Visual and Graphics designer

Why We Are Looking for A Designer:

Lagorii represents a distinct personality meticulously woven right from its foundation keeping utmost care in what imagery it would like to communicate. We further intend to break new grounds in both reinforcing this distinct personality and explore new facets of that very core personality across our communications in one unified, highly coherent design language. We therefore look forward to hire a professionally qualified and natural design thinker to join us in creating new visual experiences that communicate our brand and make it the most recallable in our industry.

Job Description

  • Develop, coordinate, and/or implement comprehensive graphics, and creative direction that are in line with brand guidelines of Lagorii
  • Develops static and interactive graphics for a wide variety of print and online publications (e.g., social media posts, Facebook and Google campaigns, newsletters, and posters), illustrations, collateral materials, website, video and social media channels.
  • Imagine, visualize and create engaging stories, illustrations and designs on video, slides, ad campaigns, website materials, and other multimedia formats.
  • Create, edit and produce short videos mixing both audio visual content.
  • Create innovative and high impact GIFs for social media posts, ad campaigns and emailers.
  • Understanding of social networks, consumer generated content, social media, blogs, viral marketing, podcasting.
  • High level of energy and good sense of humor with the capacity for extraordinary time and effort demands.

An innate design thinker. Passionate about exploring world cultures, nature, art and craft. An individual who is also naturally able to carry a matching outer aura, is tech-savvy, organized and doesn’t balk at taking up onerous tasks hands on.

Required Skills

  • Professional command over Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Creating complex designs using Adobe Illustrator’s shape builder and Bezier curve techniques are critically important skills.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Premier and Filmora
  • Familiarity with publishing tools such as Coral Draw
  • Deep academic understanding of design thinking, vector graphic development process and typography
  • Desired Qualification and Experience
  • Any relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree course or minimum 1 years of Certified Course in Graphic Design
  • 0 to 2 years of relevant experience


2. Associate Inventory and order management

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Product In-bounding Receiving, Checking, Bill matching
  • Rejection confirmation to vendor
  • GRN logging and forward the same to the accounting department
  • Product Checking & Cataloging Preparing the catalog sheet on MS Excel
  • Review of the live inventory after the catalog uploaded on the website
  • Manage movement and bin allocation of the inbounded inventory to various zones
  • Ensure inventory zone integrity
  • Returns Management Physical inventory checking of shipped and returned orders
  • Return inbound logging in the software
Location and Work Hours
The job requires candidates to work from office full-time
9 AM to 6 PM in 6 Days a week
Third Saturday is off

3. Associate Content Marketing

Job Description

  • Ensure comprehensive visual direction across digital and print communication that are in line with brand guidelines of Lagorii, across social media and digital marketing teams.
  • Understand website visitor journey, define respective paths, and develop visual content and pages as per user segments using visual page builders.
  • Manage the website in line with brand guidelines, including new page development (through drag and drop page builders), banner updates, navigation structure.
  • Develop still and motion graphics for wide variety of online assets (e.g., social media posts, Facebook and Google campaigns, newsletters, and posters, email template) on Adobe Illustrator, Premier Pro and After Effects.
  • Imagine, visualize, and create engaging stories, illustrations and designs on video, slides, ad campaigns, website materials, and other multimedia formats. Create, edit and produce short videos mixing both audio-visual contents.
  • High level of energy and good sense of humor.
  • Desired Qualification and Experience
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree or Min 1 Year full time diploma in a combination of illustration, fine art, graphic design or video editing.
  • 0 to 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in media, fashion or design businesses.
  • Elementary knowledge of HTML is an added advantage.

4. SEO Analyst

Job Description 

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Optimize entire website for search engine marketing.
  • Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization.
  • Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations.
  • Research and analyse competitor advertising links.
  • Develop and implement link building strategy.
  • Identify and execute off page content with content creators across the identified markets.
  • Work with the website management team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code.
  • Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming across brand’s communication channels.
  • Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
  • Desired Qualification and Experience
  • Proven SEO experience; Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO.
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
  • In-depth experience with Google Analytics and other industry standard tools.
  • Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms.
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree preferably in Computer Science or Application; or Min 6 months diploma in SEO and Digital Marketing.

5.Content Marketing

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Be content champion of the company. Write about company, product range and categories, market trends etc.
  • Direct and co-develop audio visual content, narrating stories, products and about company with graphic design and photography team.
  • Research content (written, still and motion) both at primary level and secondary level and contextually narrate original content in the form of blogs, storied product descriptions and collection narratives.
  • Manage Email, SMS and push notification marketing. Direct creative email marketing campaigns leading to higher engagement and conversion rates.
  • Instagram, Facebook and Other Social Media Channels
  • Maintain top quality feed for both Instagram and Facebook handles as daily task. Monthly upkeep of LinkedIn.
  • Look for inspirational photographs and other written and motion content that convey brand personality of Lagorii.
  • Write engaging post descriptions for both Lagorii’s product features and inspirational posts
  • Run contests and lives sessions
  • Analysis & Reporting
  • Conduct analysis on customer segmentation, competitors including digital footprint analysis.
  • Discover top content websites relevant to the business domain and target audience; and increase brands visibility on these websites; continually increase earned media footprint
  • Monthly report compilation
  • Desired Qualification and Experience
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree Holder, preferably in Marketing Communications Domain
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in media or fashion industry

6. E- commerce Category Management Intern/ fresher

Selected Intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

  1. Develop deep, long-standing relationships with the stakeholders (internal and external) to drive relationships from the strategic to the tactical, long term, and short term
  2. Own the terms of business with the stakeholders- products, returns, ordering, etc.
  3. Ensure a high share of traffic from the central teams
  4. Build deep relationships driven on the alignment of platform objectives
  5. Make partners in driving disruptive changes for the category
  6. Stay aware of old and new stock levels before arriving at decisions to allocate on-platform merch allocations
  7. Develop, manage an allocation strategy with the brands to ensure the best selection along with the best returns
  8. Manage the on-platform design, promotions along with brands
  9. Make category team partners in stakeholder communication
  10. Drive portfolio management for best offers and discounts for the customers
