Return & Refund Policy

Effective Dates: September 1, 2025

1. Eligibility for Return

  •  Customers may initiate a return request within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery.
  •  Products must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
  •  Returns are subject to inspection and approval by Lagorii’s quality control team.

2. Non-Returnable Items


Returns shall not be accepted for the following categories:

  •  Innerwear
  •  Socks and hair accessories
  •  Personalized/customized products
  •  Items sold on “final sale” or clearance basis

3. Refund Methods & Charges

   Refunds will be issued via:
     a) Lagorii Wallet (Store Credits):

 A fee of ₹99 per item will be deducted. Store credits are non-expiring and will be credited within 48 hours post quality check.

     b) Bank Account/UPI Refund:

  • For orders valued below ₹5,000: ₹149 per item will be deducted.
  • For orders valued ₹5,000 and above: ₹199 per item will be deducted.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days post quality check.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds shall only be provided in the form of Lagorii Wallet store credits. Refunds to bank accounts or UPI are not available for COD orders.

4. International Orders

  • Lagorii does not provide reverse pickup services outside India.
  • Customers must self-ship the product to Lagorii’s designated warehouse.
  • Upon successful receipt and approval:
        a) Refunds may be issued as Lagorii Wallet store credits, or
        b) Refunds may be processed to the original payment source, as chosen by the customer.

5. Reverse Pickup (Domestic Orders Only)

  •  Lagorii will arrange one (1) pickup attempt at the customer’s registered address.
  • The customer must ensure items are securely packed in original packaging.
  •  If the pickup attempt fails, the customer shall be responsible for self-shipping the item to Lagorii’s warehouse.

6. General Conditions

  •  Return charges are applied *per item* and not per order.
  •  Shipping charges and payment gateway fees are strictly non-refundable.
  •  All refunds are subject to successful completion of quality checks.
  •  Lagorii does not provide product exchanges; customers may place a new order for   an alternate size, style, or product.
