I ordered several outfits for my little baby and due to some negative reviews I already expected the minimum. But what should i say - I was SO WRONG ! The pieces were absolutely gorgeous and each ones quality is beyond my expectations and they look like designer pieces ! I’m sorry for the people who had a bad experience with, but I’m from Germany and I can truly recommend this store to anybody - fast delivered and I got super nice customer service as well !

The dress was awesome and of great quality! I was a bit worried at first, wondering if Lagoriii might be a scam, since so many fake websites have come up recently. But it’s completely genuine and trustworthy! The product was exactly as shown on the website and delivered within the mentioned time frame.

I had a very bad experience. I ordered a gold lehenga and got a completely different one. When I contacted the customer support, they said sorry and we will replace. I thought of ordering more but glad i did not. Asking them to refund. Very unprofessional company. Order at your own risk.
I didn't get my order.. Refund bhi nahi diya.. product ye status dalkar vapas le gaye ki call receive nahi hui... jbki koi call hi nahi ayi.. aur ye koi delivery se related koi contact nmber bhi nahi dete.. Worst experience.
Mera order deliver hi nahi kiya gaya.. bas farji status update krte rahe ki ab yaha pahucha ab vha pahucha.. Last me status update kar diya gaya ki phone receive nahi kiya gaya isiliye undeliver ho gaya.. jbki koi call nahi ayi.. product wapas le gaye.. refund bhi nahi kiya.. fraud hain
Dress was very good my daughter liked it a lot only….only one size small i bought and its very difficult to exchange on this site
Orderred a dress for my bday daughter..while ordering i payed extra money for fast delivery on day of delivery they further increase the delivery date.so they totally ruin my daughter bday plan being a frustrated customer i cancelled the product. But the story doesn't end here after cancer order it shows delivered and i dint receive any parcel .and pathetic customer care service they never receive any call you just have to wait listen there caller tune. I dint get my refund also .
They deserved to be sued

Shipment time is quite long and returns also take long time...which i am still waiting for my credit note but their dresses are really good and very beautiful
