We at Lagorii understand that customers may prefer to pay for their orders in cash upon delivery. However, to prevent fraudulent orders, we have implemented a Cash on Delivery policy that requires an upfront payment of Rs. 100 via Google Pay, Paytm, PhonePe or UPI.

When you choose Cash on Delivery as your payment method, you will be required to make an upfront payment of Rs. 100 through Google Pay, Paytm, PhonePe or UPI. This payment will be deducted from your total order value when you receive your order.
To confirm your payment, please share the screenshot of your payment via WhatsApp or Instagram DM. Our customer service team will then verify your payment and process your order for delivery.
Please note that failure to provide the required upfront payment or proof of payment will result in the cancellation of your order.

1. Return Due to Change of Mind
Lagorii will happily accept returns due to a change of mind subject to the following conditions. Please inspect all items upon arrival and notify us of any discrepancies/ intent to return/ intent to exchange within 7 days. If your item is defective, oversized, or non-cancellable/non-returnable, please see the appropriate section below.
All Returns and exchanges must include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). You can obtain an RMA by emailing or calling us. We make every effort to reply to all return requests on the same business day. All returns must be postmarked within 3 days of obtaining the RMA. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Please note – if an item is returned without authorization, or contrary to the instructions provided, it may be refused or charged a minimum restocking fee of 15%
The full cost of the merchandise will be refunded if the item is returned in unopened/like-new condition, within the designated period and with a return authorization. Used Items might be subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless your return is due to defective merchandise or an error on our part. This includes return shipping.
Once a return claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:
• A refund in store credit• A replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)
2. Defective Products
Prior to issuing a return authorization, it may be necessary to first contact the manufacturer’s technical support – the reason for this is it is common for products to not actually be defective, but only need a setting changed.
However, upon confirmation that a product is defective, Lagorii will provide you with an RMA number and instructions.
3. Shipping Damages
If your product arrives damaged in shipment, you should note that with the shipper immediately and contact us within 1-2 business days of receipt of goods. Delays may result in denied claims. “Receipt of Goods” is defined as arrival at order’s destination address. Wherever possible, you should document the damage (images will be extremely helpful).
How can I return eligible products?
For orders delivered in India:You can simply log in to your Lagorii account and schedule a free reverse pick up. Alternatively, you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving the product. Please mention your order number and the product you want to return in the email.

For orders delivered outside India:Please email us at email@example.com within 10 days from the delivery date with your order number and eligible products(s) you would like to return.
- You need to ship the products back to us within 30 days from the delivery date. Return address: Stelios ventures Pvt Ltd 185/7 8th F main road, Jayanagar, Bangalore 560011.- You can send the products to your friends/family or a local logistics company.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive the return, the product(s) will go through a quality check After the product passes the quality check, we will issue a refund in form of store credit.
You can get in touch with us or send us an email with your full name and order ID if you want to cancel your order.
If you contact us within 24 hours of placing the order, we'll accept your cancellation. Our cancellation policy won't apply if the order has already been processed or dispatched.
