What can I return?
Everything except the following:
- Pre Order products that are customized are not returnable
- All returnable products should have its original packing, labels & tags intact. It should be unused and in a saleable condition
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days from the delivery date.
How can I return eligible products?
For orders delivered in India:

You can place a return or exchange request by clicking here
- Alternatively you can email us at info@lagorii.com within 7 days of receiving the product. Please mention your order number and the product you want to return in the email.
- For pin codes that do not have the reverse pickup facility, you would need to send the products back to us at your own expense. Return address: Stelios Ventures Private Limited, Chandra Plaza 8th F Main Road Jaynagar 3rd block, Bangalore 560011
- We offer reverse Pick up at 250/- for item (s) worth less than Rs 3000/- and 350/- for above Rs 3000/-
For orders delivered outside India:
- Please email us at info@lagorii.com within 7 days from the delivery date with your order number and eligible products(s) you would like to return.

- You can send the products with your friends/family or a local logistics company.
- You will be liable to pay the return shipping and Indian customs charges which is non-refundable.
When will I get my refund?
- Once we receive the return, the product(s) will go through a quality check.
- After the product passes the quality check, we will issue a refund in the form of store credit
What if I have received a faulty/defective product?
We are super diligent about our quality checks. In a rare case if you receive a faulty/defective or have any issues with the product, please email us within 48 hours of receiving the product. Please include your order number and clear images of the defect/issue in the email. We will send a replacement / issue a refund to the original payment mode.
Other Policies
- Balance on gift cards cannot be encashed.
- Store credit refund has lifetime validity and can be redeemed through multiple transactions.
- Once a product is used, we can not ascertain its durability since the usage of the product varies based on the individual.
- Product images are professionally clicked due to which sometimes the color of the actual product may vary from the image In case a product is missing from your shipment please email us within 24 hours of the receipt of the shipment for us to investigate further
